Refund and Cancellation Policy
The Journal of Agricultural Digitalization Research adheres to a transparent refund and cancellation policy to ensure clarity for contributing authors. Refunds are granted only under specific circumstances as detailed below. Authors who wish to cancel their submission after making a payment are advised to review the following terms carefully.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under certain conditions, as specified in this policy. Authors are encouraged to contact the editorial office promptly if a refund is being sought.

Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days from the date the refund request is formally acknowledged and approved by the editorial office.

Mode of Refund
All refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via the account details provided by the author at the time of the refund request. The journal shall not be held responsible for any delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect bank/payment information submitted by the author.

Cancellation and Refund Procedure
Request for Cancellation After Payment
If the author's payment does not include Fast Track Publication, cancellation may be considered in accordance with the following conditions:

1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Payment:
   Authors who request cancellation within 24 hours of payment may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a deduction of 30% of the total publication fee, along with any applicable transaction charges.
2. Cancellation After Five (5) Days or Post-Publication:
   No refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made after five (5) days from the date of payment or if the article has already been published online, whichever occurs earlier.

Important Note
The Journal of Agricultural Digitalization Research reserves the right to decline any refund request that does not comply with the above policy. This policy ensures fairness to both the authors and the editorial process. Authors are strongly encouraged to review all submission guidelines and publication terms carefully before initiating payment.
