Submission Guidelines and Authorship Criteria

The Journal of Agricultural Digitalization Research is a monthly, peer-reviewed publication that adopts a continuous publication model to ensure the rapid and global dissemination of digital agriculture research. We welcome submissions from researchers across the globe working in agricultural digitalization, precision farming, agritech, remote sensing, artificial intelligence in agriculture, and other relevant interdisciplinary areas.

All manuscripts undergo a two-stage review process: an initial editorial screening followed by a blinded peer-review conducted by experts in the relevant domain. Authors are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with our Editorial and Ethical Policies before submission. Accepted papers are subject to editorial revisions for clarity, coherence, and adherence to the journals formatting and academic standards.

Authorship
All contributors listed as authors must meet the criteria for authorship, which includes:

  1. Substantial contribution to the conception or design of the work; or acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data.
  2. Drafting the manuscript or critically revising it for significant intellectual content.
  3. Final approval of the version to be published.
  4. Accountability for all aspects of the work to ensure integrity and accuracy.

Manuscript Submission
All manuscripts must be submitted in English (British or American spelling acceptable) in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). You may submit your article through the [Submit Manuscript] link on our website or directly via email to: agridigital.research@gmail.com

Keywords
Provide 3 to 6 keywords immediately below the abstract, in alphabetical order, separated by commas.

Introduction
Clearly explain the purpose of the study and highlight its relevance. Briefly review the background and identify the gap the research aims to fill. Avoid an overly extensive literature review.

Materials and Methods
Describe all procedures, technologies, or digital tools used in detail to allow reproducibility of the research. This section is mandatory for all research articles.

Results
Present results clearly and concisely, supported by tables, figures, and statistical data where applicable. Highlight only key findings.

Discussion
Interpret the findings in the context of existing research. Emphasize the novelty of the results, discuss their implications and limitations, and link back to the research objectives.
